Purusha Rivera always knew that babies would be a part of her life – as a mother and through her studies and career in sonography. Graduating from Delaware Tech in 2000 with a degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Rivera pursued a career in pregnancy sonography.

On June 20, 2016, Delaware Tech’s Board of Trustees awarded the Paul K. Weatherly Award to Senator Harris B. McDowell, III for his strong support of the College’s mission, goals and students.
On Monday, June 20, Delaware Tech’s Board of Trustees unanimously approved Dr. Valencia “Lynn” Beaty as vice president for human resources. Dr. Beaty currently serves as the director of human resources at the Stanton and George Campuses, a position she has held since November 2013.
