STANTON/WILMINGTON - Wilfred A. Oney, Jr., an academic counselor and veterans affairs coordinator at Delaware Tech’s Stanton/Wilmington Campus, was named to the National Association of Veterans Program Administrators (NAVPA) board of directors as Education Committee Chair and Region II Delegate last month. STANTON/WILMINGTON - The group was led by Robert S. Weis, Program Coordinator of the Chemical Process Operator Program at Delaware Tech. Weis said the tour reinforced the technologies that the students were exposed to in class. “The students were very impressed with the tour, and were all eager to learn more about job possibilities at the refinery,” said Weis. STANTON - Three Delaware Tech criminal justice majors from the Stanton Campus were recently awarded $500 scholarships by the Delaware Police Chiefs’ Foundation for essays highlighting the latest technological advances in policing. Full Story
