DOVER - In celebration of Earth Day 2015, Delaware Tech announces achievement of an ambitious goal to significantly reduce its carbon emissions. In 2010, on the 40th anniversary of Earth Day, the College announced a comprehensive, strategic plan to reduce its carbon footprint by 20% by 2020.
WILMINGTON - Congratulations to Vernell Brown for being selected as a Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) 2015 Guistwhite Scholarship recipient. Vernell was one of only 15 PTK honor society members nationwide to receive this award.
GEORGETOWN - Merrill C. Moore, former instructor and chairperson of the Business Department for Delaware Technical Community College, was inducted into the Owens Campus Hall of Fame on Thursday, April 16, 2015.
