GEORGETOWN - The 2013 Women’s Day Celebration originally scheduled for March 6 that was postponed due to bad weather has been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 15. The annual event, which is presented by Delaware Tech and the Owens Campus Alumni Association, highlights the achievements of exemplary women and benefits the Alumni Association Scholarship Fund. GEORGETOWN – This fall the Delaware Technical Community College Owens Campus Airframe Maintenance Technology program is taking its students to new heights thanks to the additions of two new aircraft. Full Story

DOVER – Four Delaware Technical Community College students ventured to NASA Johnson Space Center’s Ellington Field in Houston to conduct experiments aboard the “Weightless Wonder” aircraft this summer. Delaware Tech is the only institution representing Delaware in this study, joining institutions such as Yale, MIT, Carnegie Mellon and more. Full Story
