Food Service Management

A.A.S. Degree (S)

This management program prepares students for a professional career in the hospitality industry. In addition to the course work, industry work experience is required for the degree. Students will be prepared for employment in full service dinner houses, family restaurants, institutional facilities, and casual dining operations.
