Associate Degree Program

Marketing is the process through which the needs and wants of individual and organizational customers are satisfied through providing goods and services. In the broadest sense, marketing is the function in business of developing, testing, merchandising, promoting, and selling products or services.  This business program will prepare you to work in a variety of entry-level marketing positions. You will gain knowledge and skills in marketing, advertising, e-marketing, sales, and graphic design.  In addition, you will take courses in accounting, computers, law, and communications. The program is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs.

This program is offered at the Dover, Georgetown, and Wilmington Campuses.

Core Curriculum Competencies

The Core Curriculum Competencies listed below identify what you, as an associate degree graduate, will be able to do upon completion of your degree, regardless of your major. You will acquire these core competencies through your general education courses (i.e. English, math, etc.) and your program of study courses.
