An opportunity to gain an associate degree from Delaware Tech and a bachelor's degree from Old Dominion University.

YOUR PATH TO A BACHELOR'S DEGREE

Delaware Tech has established agreements with four-year colleges and universities that connect Delaware Tech associate degree programs with bachelor's degree programs to create smooth transfer opportunities for you. These Connected Degree programs enable you to complete your associate degree and then transfer to a four-year degree program as a junior

THE CONNECTED DEGREE 2 + 2 CURRICULUM

Delaware Tech's associate degree program in Civil Engineering Technology will prepare students to work with engineering professionals and skilled construction workers while using the latest techniques of today's civil design field. You will gain knowledge of civil design and learn basic engineering theory linked with hands-on application to prepare you for a job in this field. Old Dominion University's Bachelor of Science degree program in Civil Engineering Technology (CET) program is accredited by the Engineering Technology Accreditation Commission (ETAC) of ABET. The CET program offers areas of specialization in construction management, structural design, and site development. Students in this program are prepared for employment in a wide range of professional and technical positions with the construction, consulting engineering, surveying and site development industries. Graduates are eligible to take the Fundamentals of Engineering exam, the first step to licensure as a professional engineer.
