An opportunity to gain an associate degree from Delaware Tech and a bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware.

YOUR PATH TO A BACHELOR'S DEGREE

Delaware Tech has established agreements with four-year colleges and universities that connect Delaware Tech associate degree programs with bachelor's degree programs to create smooth transfer opportunities for you. These Connected Degree programs enable you to complete your associate degree and then transfer to a four-year degree program as a junior.

THE CONNECTED DEGREE 2 + 2 CURRICULUM

Delaware Tech's Computing and Information Science program provides students with the foundational computing, analytical, communication, collaborative, and mathematics skills at the associate degree level for transfer to a bachelor's degree institution to earn a degree in preparation for a career in computer-related fields. Graduates will have the fundamental skills necessary to design computing and information technology solutions so that they are prepared to be successful upon transfer to a bachelor's degree program. University of Delaware's Bachelor of Science degree program in Information Systems combines business and information technology subjects. The major addresses student demand for courses oriented toward the design of new software systems for business and consumer needs. A degree in information systems opens the door to careers in information technology including data processing, e-business development, business and technology consulting, and marketing in a variety of industries and businesses.
