THE CONNECTED DEGREE 2 + 2 CURRICULUM

Delaware Tech's accredited associate degree program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography prepares students to assist the physician in assessing both disease processes and the state of well-being. This general learning concentration includes both classroom and clinical instruction, with focus on the areas of abdomen, obstetrics and gynecology, and superficial structures. Graduates are eligible to sit for national certification in general sonographic learning concentrations and may seek employment in a wide range of settings such as hospitals, clinics, and doctors' offices. Other opportunities are available in veterinary medicine, sales, and mobile services.
