YOUR PATH TO A BACHELOR'S DEGREE

Delaware Tech has established agreements with four-year colleges and universities that connect Delaware Tech associate degree programs with bachelor's degree programs to create smooth transfer opportunities for you. These Connected Degree programs enable you to complete your associate degree and then transfer to a four-year degree program as a junior.

THE CONNECTED DEGREE 2 + 2 CURRICULUM

Delaware Tech's associate degree program in Human Services provides career education for those interested in working with community service programs, providing individual and group counseling services, and developing human relations skills for working with individuals with diverse backgrounds. Graduates are prepared to gain entry level employment with governmental agencies or private firms as well as to continue their education at the baccalaureate level.

Salisbury University's Bachelor of Arts degree program in Social Work is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). The Social Work program uses both standard classroom study and practical field experience in educating students. Through careers in public agencies, private businesses, hospitals, clinics, schools, nursing homes, private practices, police departments, courts, and countless other workplaces, graduates are prepared to provide services to individuals, families, and groups, as well as to communities as a whole.
