YOUR PATH TO A BACHELOR'S DEGREE
Delaware Tech has established agreements with four-year colleges and universities that connect Delaware Tech associate degree programs with bachelor's degree programs to create smooth transfer opportunities for you. These Connected Degree programs enable you to complete your associate degree and then transfer to a four-year degree program as a junior.
THE CONNECTED DEGREE 2 + 2 CURRICULUM
Delaware Tech's associate degree program in Occupational Therapy Assistant prepares students to work with individuals or groups by implementing meaningful interventions which support participation in mastering everyday activities (occupations) at home, at work, at school, and in the community. Graduates of this accredited program will be able to sit for the National Certification Examination for the Occupational Therapy Assistant administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Wilmington University's bachelor's degree completion program in Allied Health is for Allied Health practitioners who have earned an associate degree with an Allied Health concentration. The program enables practitioners to transfer up to 75 credits from their initial education. The goal of the program is to provide expert practitioners in the Allied Health field with the knowledge and skill needed to teach the next generation of Allied Health practitioners or to advance in their careers with a focus in administration.
