
Placement Testing
- 3.0 (83%) or higher high school GPA (junior or senior transcript)
- SAT scores
- ACCUPLACER test
- Enrollment in an International Baccalaureate (IB) program
- Enrollment in the Academic Challenge program
- Foundations of College English course (75 or higher) or Foundations of College Math course (77 or higher)
- A or B grade in AP English course
- A or B grade in AP math course
- A or B grade in Pre-Calculus or Calculus
- Previous college credit or degree
If students do not have one of these indicators to demonstrate college readiness, they may take the College Placement test or choose to start in a developmental course to help refresh their skills.
Students who are learning English as another language, may take the Levels of English Proficiency (LOEP) test to help decide if the College’s English as a Second Language program is a good fit for the student’s goals.
