Community college students who are successful recommend that all new students attend NSO! Most new students are excited about beginning college but are often a little nervous, too. They have questions about beginning college and what to expect. NSO can begin to answer these questions.

GPS001 - New Student Orientation Information
For your convenience and flexibility, all NSO sessions are online webinars. Students will be able to interact with our orientation leaders and staff while learning information and strategies for a successful semester.
Students should complete initial advising before attending New Student Orientation. Please visit Student Support for information on how to connect with an academic counselor to complete initial advising if needed.
Links for NSO will be posted below as well as emailed and texted to students in 2-3 days prior to your scheduled NSO. Students can also login to the MyDTCC portal, click on Courses, and find your section of GPS001 for additional information.
GPS003 – F-1 International Student Orientation
This supplemental new student orientation is for first-semester international students studying at Delaware Tech on an F-1 visa. It will help you to successfully understand visa compliance requirements and set expectations for college life in the United States. This orientation is mandatory for all first-semester F-1 visa students.
Links for GPS003 will be posted to the Activities Calendar on MyDTCC. Students can also login to the MyDTCC portal, click on Courses, and find for your section of GPS003 for additional information.
