Leigh DeSantis
Head Coach
Leigh DeSantis has coached volleyball since 2008 at all levels – elementary school, middle school, high school, and college. She joined the Delaware Tech women's volleyball program in 2020 as an assistant coach and was named head coach in 2022. DeSantis has played volleyball since she was in fourth grade. DeSantis is currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force within the Air Force Reserve Command, where she is an air reserve technician. She is currently assigned to the Dover Air Force Base. DeSantis holds a bachelor's degree in history and a master's degree in leadership with a concentration in joint warfare.
