Early Care & Education
State guidelines are becoming stricter for early childcare and education. Therefore, we offer both Training for Early Care & Education I (TECE I) and Training for Early Care & Education II (TECE II). Each course is a 66-hour Delaware Childcare Licensing approved course in which participants can work toward an Apprenticeship Certificate or the Child Development Associate (CDA) training requirement.
