Youth Programs - Dover
Our Camps program represents one of our fastest growing initiatives. Each camp is a unique experience that includes on-campus camp activities in the morning and afternoon field trips for every student, ages 5-15! Our signature program “Camp on Campus” allows children to explore a variety of enrichment activities throughout the summer while experiencing the college environment. Each program has been designed to be educational and entertaining and is staffed by experienced educators and camp counselors.
Spring Break Camp

Through Workforce Development and Community Education, a variety of activities are offered. College staff provide mentoring, education, enrichment, and motivation to Delaware’s youth. Exceptional programs are developed and delivered to empower and guide youth as they reach personal goals and achieve academic and professional success. The Camp Programs represent one of the fastest growing initiatives at the Terry Campus. Our camps allow children to explore a variety of enrichment activities while experiencing the college environment. Camp has been designed to be educational and entertaining and is staffed by experienced educators and camp counselors. The size of each camp is limited and openings are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Check out all that Delaware Tech has to offer and register early!

TRIO - Upward Bound Classic
Grades 9 through 11
Delaware Tech's Upward Bound Classic is a federally funded pre-college TRIO program designed to prepare high school students for post-secondary education programs. In addition, the program provides students with academic support services designed to assist them in the successful completion of high school, and post-secondary education. Students are exposed to a variety of educational, cultural events, career exploration and self-development opportunities. Moreover, campus tours, cultural trips, and college centered activities are an integral part of the Upward Bound Classic. Department of Labor - Out of School Youth Program
Ages 16 -24 years of age at the time of enrollment
Our mission is to provide education opportunities for individuals seeking to earn their GED®, personal growth, self-improvement and academic achievement among out of school youth within our community. These goals are implemented through a highly structured, non- traditional environment; integrating training, mentoring and diverse educational activities. Our purpose is to prepare youth facing serious barriers to employment by providing training and other services that will result in an increase in employability, earnings, educational and occupational skill credentials; thereby improving the quality of the workforce and enhancing its productivity and competitiveness.
