Delaware Technical Community College through the division of Workforce Development and Community Education offers a variety of pre-college activities. College staff provide mentoring, education, enrichment and motivation to Delaware’s youth. Exceptional programs are developed and delivered to empower and guide youth as they reach goals and achieve academic and professional success.
Kids on Campus
Summer Camps
Ages: 5-14
Delaware Tech will offer a variety of youth programming during summer 2022 through the division of Workforce Development and Community Education.
Participating children will experience popular activities such as science and art. Virtual options are also available and include topics such as Messy Science.

Messy Science Virtual Camp
Campers will have fun with this FREE Virtual Camp as they get their hands dirty testing theories and creating hypotheses for experiments. Course takes place via ZOOM. Access codes and instructions will be emailed prior to camp start date. Campers will be provided a FREE science kit with various supplies. List of additional required household supplies will be emailed prior to camp.
**Individual students are limited to enrolling in only one section. Duplicate registrations will be cancelled.**

Summer Camp Scholarships
A new application is required annually to apply for the Kids on Campus Financial Aid Scholarship.
Award Structure & Guidelines
The Financial Aid Scholarship guidelines will follow the 200% Federal Poverty Level to determine eligibility. Applicants will be required to demonstrate their eligibility as outlined in the application by producing official documentation.
Financial Scholarship Committee
A Financial Scholarship Committee will convene to review applications and make recommendations for the upcoming year's scholarship awards. The Committee will meet at selected times during the spring/summer semester to review applications and will make final recommendations.
