High school students can get a head start on their college education by enrolling in college courses before high school graduation. The college credit you earn from completing the college course may also satisfy one of your high school course requirements. It is a great way to get a head start on your college education while you are completing high school. Some college courses may be offered in your high school setting; others require you to attend the course at the college campus.
In order to participate in the Early Enrollment program and receive college credit, you must
- Currently be a junior or senior in high school
- Meet course pre-requisite requirements through placement testing and/or SAT scores
- Have the permission of your high school and parents/legal guardians.
