Chloe Bartholomew

Nursing

Chloe Bartholomew has had the goal of becoming a registered nurse since she was a sophomore in high school, and came to Delaware Tech to pursue that goal. "Delaware Tech's nursing program is the best in the state, and I am so proud of be a part of it."

Nursing school has proved challenging, but Chloe has gotten through thanks to the support from her family and friends. "Nursing school has been one of the most challenging commitments of my life, but I don't plan on giving up, thanks to my friends and family."

Chloe advised other students to stay ahead of the game. "The next time you feel like putting the books down and picking your phone up, set a micro goal to finish one more page, and then another page, etc. Soon enough, you'll begin to break the habit of becoming distracted easily, and you'll be able to stay ahead and on task."

Chloe has big plans for after graduation: She plans to work as a registered nurse while pursuing a bachelor's degree and plans to eventually earn a doctorate. She dreams of eventually working as a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA). "I have a little ways to go, but I believe I can do it all with the support of my family and friends."
