Jilver Angel-Velasquez

Jilver Angel-Velasquez came to Delaware Tech and enrolled in the physical therapist assistant program after having a personal experience with physical therapy. "I had to get physical therapy on my knee. That physical therapy session motivated me to apply for this program."

Since coming to Delaware Tech, Jilver has noticed he has become less afraid to engage with people. "I have also improved my time management skills."

Jilver advised students to simply, "try your best. Work hard and plan time for studying. Have a plan and stick to it."

After graduating from Delaware Tech, Jilver plans to work as a physical therapist assistant. He is considering furthering his education.
