Veronica Cojocaru

Veronica Cojocaru believes that success comes from being a lifelong learner, so coming to college was a natural decision to make. "It is very important for me to graduate and become the best chef I can be."

Veronica works full time while attending college. "There is no free time, but it is fun; I enjoy every moment at the College." She advises students to take advantage of "every single resource the College offers. Spend as much time as possible discovering new things and trying new techniques and methods, even outside of school."

Since coming to Delaware Tech, Veronica has gained confidence in her abilities. "I see every recipe and plate I send to my customers differently; I have knowledge and I feel confident."

After graduating from Delaware Tech, Veronica plans to continue her culinary education while also working. She hopes to be an instructor at a culinary school someday.
